I'm happy to say that I feel great and do not regreat getting the surgery.  I must say there were times that I had problems that almost everybody experiences from time to time. I know what not to eat and how to eat most foods...There are certain types of meat the are dense and I do try on occations to eat them.sometimes it works other times it doesn't The band has a mind of its own.But all in all I do very well. I have lost a total of 60 lbs. I had been seeing a dietian who has helped me tremendous select foods that my body accepts better. There just are some things I can't eat and when I do I don't feel very well. I don't get fills. my band works with whatever is in it which I believe is about 1 cc or so, I have no idea.. I just follow the rules and do my best. Good luck to everyone that is considering the surgery and hello to all my pass friends that I had met along the way. Merry Christmas and Happy New year to everyone especially Betty....
