What are you eating today (Sunday) or yesterday?
Another busy work shift yesterday. When I got there at 3:30 pm, my department looked like a hurricane had passed through it. I'm glad to have today off.
Today's food plan:
B: protein latte
S: scrambled egg beater w/ spinach & cheese
S: cinnamon oatmeal breakfast cookie
L: Morningstar Farms chik'n patty
S: baby carrots
S: maybe some popcorn (it's hard to resist when my husband pops himself a big batch and the air is filled with the wonderful
smell of popcorn)
D: meatloaf, turnip "fries", Brussels sprouts
S: almond, craisin & sesame seed snack mix
No formal exercise today. I need to rest up before Monday morning arrives.

b- oatmeal, mini box of raisins and 3 inch banana
l- 100 calorie almonds
d- 3 oz chicken, homemade fried potatoes and 1/2 cup chicken soup which was very good over the potatoes and chicken.
s- 100 calorie greek yogurt and 1/4c granola
no exercise today. Tomorrow will do 5 miles.
** lots of stress this week, my hotel has been sold and new company rolls out benefits, take over is 12/29!
I am on property system expert part revenue manager, lots of stress for me this week! ugh.
