So did ya make time to be FIT????
I met my goal, and now I am passing on exercising today,giving my body a much needed rest!
But I will be back at it tomorrow morning!!!

I stuck with my plan for this past week. For the coming week, I can only commit to 90 minutes of working out because of my work schedule, but I won't be sitting on my butt the rest of the time, I promise!

YES!! I met and surpassed my goal.
I was out of town on business -- but I got up early on Sunday to get 2 hours in before I left - and then I walked to the office at least one-way per day (with my 20 pound backpack ) every day.
I managed to get 440 minutes this week.
I will commit to 400 minutes next week
