What are you eating today (Tuesday) or yesterday?

A chilly good morning to you.

I had a bad day yesterday. Everything seemed to conspire against me, making me feel like an old fuddy-duddy who needs to be put out to pasture. It started with the morning's brutal interval training class. My muscles and heart are willing and able to do it, but my hip joints are not. It was discouraging to have to march in place while everyone else (none of us are youngsters, and I'm not the oldest person in the class) did the jumping jacks and burpees and the like. I can march in place on a treadmill at a different gym where membership is free to diabetics. But I'm doing my best not to worry about it now. I just need to survive the holiday shopping season.

I have today off, and lots to do, as usual.

Food plan:
B: protein latte
S: apple pie oatmeal w/ walnuts
S: 1/2 of a protein bar
L: leftover pork stuff
S: baby carrots
S: Havarti cheese w/ a few red grapes
D: rib-eye steak, braised cabbage & onions
S: PB banana chips

This morning's exercise class is weight & resistance training.

Have a great day!

Jean
