What are you eating today (Monday) or yesterday?
Well, I didn't get everything on my to-do list done yesterday, and my home office looks like the 101st field artillery just marched through it, but it's back to the joys of retail today.
Today's food plan:
B: protein latte
S: scrambled egg beaters w/ spinach, mushrooms, & cheese
S: 1/2 of a Glucerna snack bar
L: Babybel cheese, red grapes
S: trail mix
S: raw sugar snap peas
D: pork chop, barley & mushrooms, green beans
S: peanut butter banana chips
This morning's exercise will be a 45-minute interval training class with the new instructor who tried to kill us last Monday.
