Good morning!

I have to report that the cheese wafers I made for dinner last night were disappointing. Too floury. If I make them again, I'm going to substitute Unjury chicken soup flavor protein powder for half the flour in the recipe

Today's food plan:
B: protein latte
S: apple pie oatmeal
S: ricotta cheesecake fluff w/ blueberry fiber crisps
L: leftover chicken mixed with leftover roasted veggy & avocado salad
S: trail mix
S: baby carrots
D: potato & crab soup (using leftover mashed potatoes & cauliflower)
S: almond, craisin & sesame seed snack mix

I start work early again today because the store opens early (9 am), so no formal exercise, but if today is anything like yesterday, I'll be doing quite a lot of the Shoe Stockroom Dash, to the tune of a rap version of O Come Let Us Adore Him.

Have a great day!

Jean

Yes, I have a cookbook, but OH doesn't allow me to promote my books on the forums other than to mention them in my signature line. I'll send you a PM with more info.

thanks for your interest!
