Hey Everyone,

b.balance bar coffee with sugar free creamer

l. 2 egg omlette with pepper mushrooms and onion

s. snickers bar  it was delish i ate all of it

d.field greens with almonds cukes and some chicken with peanut dressing

exercise walked 5 miles today
