Hi everyone
I like to stop by from time to time and offer a word of encouragement and support. I had surgery Lapband surgery almost 5 years ago and so far so good. Stick to the rules and let the band work for you. I promise you won't regret it!
This surgery truly gave me my life back. I have a better, stronger marriage. I've regained my self confidence and developed self esteem. Now, I lead a very active lifestyle and am currently training for my first marathon. If I can make this work, anyone can. Just hang in there!

Revision surgery to AP small lap band *11/13/2012*, due to large hiatal hernia. I am hopeful about continuing my band journey uneventful and successful. I loved what my old band did for me and I am looking forward for my new band to Keep my weight down
