What are you eating today (Friday) or yesterday?
I am soooo glad we no longer live in the northeast.
My day is not going well. Nothing bad, but enough to put me in a bad mood. Right now I'm thinking that I may have to kill my husband when he retires in 1-1/2 years and spends all his time underfoot. A prison cell sounds good to me right now.
Food:
B: protein latte
S: hot quinoa cereal w/ berries & Greek yogurt
L: a few bites of leftover roasted veggy pizza
S: same as lunch
S: raw fennel
D: Greek style lamb, orzo, green beans
S: chocolate Fiber One cereal (dry)

step aerobics class
Towards the end of that workout, I suddenly had a spasm on my right side - in my oblique muscle(s), I guess. It was so bad, it hurt to breathe. Leaving the studio and getting into the car while in so much pain was a struggle. This is my first weekend off in months and months, and I felt sure it would be ruined by that pulled muscle. But by the time I got home, I was fine. Strange.
