Gimme your commit to be fit minutes and taking on new folks who want to commit for this week

Commit to be Fit! Sorry I haven't   posted any (keeping in touch type posts), got lazy on it. Not lazy with the execise though, just posting the post. A lot of people   MIA,yes I guess people are busy with the holidays around the corner. But honestly people we gotta committ to ourselves too, even if you feel that your eating is off kilter, the daily stresses can better be handled with our exercise.

Anyway i will meet my goal Saturday. And i am going to do a water aerobics class with a friend Monday, and a beach boot camp on Thursday. Something where i am meeting up with other folks. My trainer has to work at gym on the 2 days i typically train with her at her house. $$$$ and all, i understand that, and maybe a shake up in my venue will do me good.

I have an ouchy  on my BIG toe, podiatrist a few weeks ago said i had too much callus by it ( i aim for a pedi at least 1 a month since he told me that last time), can i form it that quickly?

Okay enough about me!   GIMME your minutes!!!!!!

What are your minutes and what will you be committing    to this coming week?

120 min. which is really good for me. I even dragged myself out for my walk one day when my back was really bad. This week I commit to try for 130 min.

From Saturday to next Friday, I will commit 300 minutes of cardio.

i should be able to do 45 minutes a day .... The weather is beautiful and the dog and I seem to get out for a walk/run every afternoon.
