Any good "holiday work party ideas out there?

HELP! I wanna suggest a new theme at work for our "bash". We are preschool teachers, not that that should matter.

We have done the "Left & Wright" story & Chinese ??? game (aghhhh! I can't remember the name now)

Any way any suggestions are welcomed!!!

When I taught elementary- we had a grab bag- pretty basic. We also had a great time filming ourselves singing Christmas carols and ended up playing it during the morning announcements for all the students. They loved it.
