What are you eating today (Friday) or yesterday?
I didn't do this thread yesterday because when I tried to, OH kept giving me error messages.
Yesterday was the 13-week anniversary of my sleeve surgery, and I'm happy to tell you that I've lost 27 lbs so far. Most of last winter's clothes are fitting me now, and I no longer want to hide from the mirrors at work. The weight loss has slowed down to a crawl now that I'm so close to my goal weight again, and sometimes I hanker for the greater weight loss I had in the first few months after my band surgery (when I was much, much heavier than I was at the time of my sleeve surgery), but as long as it keeps inching downward and stays there, I'll be happy.
Today's food plan:
B: protein latte
S: baked oatmeal w/ blueberries & raspberries
S: chocolate cherry protein ball
L: leftover chicken sausage & barley-edamame-corn-etc. salad
S: trail mix
S: blueberry fiber crisps
D: sausage in won ton cups, tomato salad, sweet potato "fries"
S: almond, craisin & sesame seed snack mix
No exercise class today, but if today is anything like yesterday, my job will keep me running and burning calories.
Have a super day!
Jean

yay it's a jean! glad to see it was nothing serious. :) good to see that your revision is working out for you nicely as well.
my scale says i've lost six pounds this week, but it has to be incorrect. though i weighed myself three times, moved the scale around a few times, and each up still came up with the same weight. i guess i'll find out this afternoon at a follow up check up with the doc, following acupuncture. good lord i hope i didn't lose six pounds. that's a lot of weight to lose in one week when banded almost two years without a recent fill, i've also not be exercising as heartily as i normally would, although i have been eating much healthier. hrm...ah well this afternoon will tell the tale
B: winter fruit salad, sliced of cheese, milk
S: protein shake
L: cheesey cauliflower and potato soup
S: veggie cheese wrap
D: homemade veggie burgers and creamed spinach (new recipe. we'll see if it's disastrous or not)
S: hot chocolate and fluff
Exercise: morning sickness said no to the water classes again. i'm on that darned treadmill again today.
Maybe the sea horse is extra hungry right now and sucking up a lot of the calories you eat?
