Ok, I did Fantastic at Thanks Giving, I did NOT gain  a pound, nor did I lose a pound. And that was fine for me. I am participating in  the Christmas Challenge that Findinghope   is hosting, my goal, to lose 10 pounds. Thats all I need to lose to get back to my goal weight. I am also hosting the "Committ to be   Fit" post, another way to keep accountable. Sooooooo, I figured if I "put it out there", it will be one more thing to help to keep me accountable.

And with that being said, I am adding yet one more challenge out there! My goal is to fit back into my dressy black slacks from White House/Black Market.  I wore them last year for the New Year and on my anniversary  2 years ago,I want to wear them for my 30th Wedding anniversary this January, but with a different top (gotta go  shopping!!!!!).

I just copied this picture from my blog here at OH, here it is:

So, post  a picture of YOUR "GOAL" outfit or make it a "short term goal"! Or tell us about your outfit, did you purchase it yet? Is it something that you "out grew"? Or something you have always  dreamed of? Lets motivate  each other, shall we? And respond to the

"Goalll Outfit" post every Monday on how you are coming along. If you like you can post a picture of yourself in the outfit and share your progression in pictures.

This was my original goal dress, for a wedding last year, it was a size 12-

After that wedding I bought a pair of size six jeans that I wanted to get in to, and I got in them and they are now too big, I wear a 4 now! Need to get a picture of that!

No, I don't think I will ever be smaller then a 4, unless I can find a way to shrink my hip bones LOL I have reached (and exceeded in some cases) all my weight, size and body fat goals, all my current goals are fitness related. Working on getting ready for the NJ Triathlon in July!

It is! I am working on my first full marathon, I have not run an official half, but I do 11 to 14 miles on my long weekend runs so I know I COULD do one, just haven't fit one into the schedule yet. I am doing a 5 mile race on Sat, the goal is to place in my age group. I have gone from a total couch potato to a fitness nut.

No photos to show and it wasn't a goal as such, but when I got to the place I wanted to stay ( actually about 15 lbs below my target weight), I treated myself to a very, very expensive, soft black leather coat. Beautifully tailored and two inches below my knees. I have always wanted one but would have needed a whole cow before, possibly two cows. and probably looked much like one too!

It is now my guide to my size. I don't wear it all that often snd if I put it on and it feels tight........ Back to basics!

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

Kate you are a better person than I!

I wish I could walk away from the scale! But sometimes I swear that BM looks live a 5 pounder, and I gotta coolcheck the scale to see if it is! I know, I know, too much INFORMATION!

Oh no, Prek! I am and always have been a scale addict! I just tend to not get worried by what I read on them! But I do get worried if my coat gets tight!
