S: baked oatmeal w/ raspberries, blueberries & walnuts
S: ricotta cheesecake fluff w/ blueberry fiber crisps
L: leftover orange-red pepper relish w/ Havarti cheese
S: trail mix
D: beef Stroganoff, noodles, spinach salad|
S: almond, craisin & sesame seed snack mix
Today's exercise: 45 minutes of step aerobics.
