Commit To Be Fit
I did purpose and I succeeded in walking 4 miles a day while I was visiting my family! And baby it was COLD outside, well for Florida! 48 to 50 degrees in the morning!!! I got up and out the door between 6:30 and 7 am so I wouldn't hold anyone up. My weight was maintained too, and that's what I was hoping to do, so now I am back to tackling those terrible 10 pounds! And I think my head is now in a good place since I handled thanks giving so well!
Go ahead and give me this weeks commitment minutes you would like to aim for. If you already started on Saturday we can take it from there and post what you actually did on Friday.
So we will go from this past Saturday through to this Friday.
I am committing myself to 600 minutes this week! How about you? We're you able to get a little exercise in this past weekend?
Let'**** it!

All I can commit to this week is 135 minutes of formal exercise because of my fitness studio being closed for the long weekend and my work schedule this week. But that doesn't mean I have been or will be sitting on my butt. Climbing up and down a 20' ladder carrying several boxes of heavy boots, over and over again, has got to count for something! And then there's countless deep knee bends to pick merchandise up off the floor after swarms of heathen children race past me.

Yes ladder climbing and juggling boxes does count as exercise!!! I don't know how you do it dealing with those darn people! I deal with the "heathen" children on a daily basis.
