What are you eating today (Tuesday) or yesterday?

The crockpot bean, veggy & ham stuff I made for dinner yesterday was blah tasting and disappointing. I had to talk myself through eating it. Part of me says that if I'm only eating a tiny portion, it needs to taste fabulous. Another part of me argues that it doesn't need to taste fabulous because it's just fuel. Not sure I'm ever going to win that argument.

Today's plan:
B: protein latte
S: oatmeal made w/ milk & walnuts
S: maybe nothing - I have a mid-morning doctor appt
L: leftover blah
S: cashews
S: raw sugar snap peas
D: Thai chicken soup, garlic naan
S: cinnamon oatmeal breakfast cookie

I'm not sure if the naan will work for me nowadays. Could be too gummy, but I won't know until I (carefully) try it.

This morning's exercise class is weights and resistance training.

Have a great day!

Jean

I have the same argument, as you, Jean. I doubt I will win, either.

I got hit with a nasty fibro attack this morning. I woke up ready to get a ton done today and got hit mid morning and spent the next several hours sleeping. Now I have so much to do that I can't get going. Since I was behind on protein from the sleeping and so I am choking down a third shake.

B. Pumpkin/cranberry/orange muffins

B. Shake

L. Shake

S. Shake

S. Almonds

D. Power soup, again

S. Another muffin

I'm so sorry to hear about the fibro attack. Did the long nap help?
