I have been doing the eliptical, a burlesque class, a 30 minute spin/ weight training class and walking, tomorrow I see my trainer.

I comitted to 150 minutes this wek (I am counting from Friday to Thursday evening).
I completed 250 minutes --- and that is with being out of town on business.
I chose to walk to and from work (30 minutes each way) to the hotel with a large (laptop) backpack 3 times this week.
I am proud that I did that even in the drizzly Pacific Northwest.
Now at the airport, headed home and planning to start next week's challenge tomorrow!

I'm at 180 minutes. When I committed to 225 last week, I didn't know I'd have to spend all day yesterday schlepping to and from a doctor's appointment in Memphis.
Next week I can only commit to 135 minutes because of my work schedule and my fitness studio being closed for the holiday. I'm OK with that because I'll probably be running my fanny off at JCP on Black Friday.

Hey C.! I wrote a long reply b4 & lost it. When I get home I will read through the old original commitment post for clarity as I started late. I did do 60 minutes each day since committed but I think today is day 3 and really I've got nothing in bcuz I woke up super late for work .
Anyways Hope you all have a great day. Will update this evening.
I think I did about 110 min. again this week. It is hard to tell since some of it consisted of major league yard work, some shopping (my physical therapist said that I should count that since it is so hard on my back), and some actual exercise. I have been gone from home 3 1/2 days this week from early to late so it has been hard to plan anything. I am hoping this week goes better. Today is some walking and tearing my living room apart for a heavy cleaning (Ugh).
