Christmas challenge How is it going?

Well,
My big plan was to try to do a mini post surgery diet this week to get a good jump start. Well that didn't happen but I am doing well.
This morning I had one cup of coffee (usually tea or decaf but want regular today. I drank a protein shake unflavored mixed with V8 splash the 100% juice not the 10%. I snacked on 1/4 cup of walnuts throughout the day. For lunch I had 1/2 cup of chicken salad. For dinner I had 1/2 cup lean ground beef and some veggies. I also ate 1 funs sized candy today. I plan to drink one more protein shake today made with water. My past three days have been similar to this.
Rather than aiming for being perfect, just aim to be little bit better today than you were yesterday
