What are you eating today (Wednesday) or yesterday?
Uneventful eating yesterday, and that's good thing.
Today's plan:
B: protein latte
S: half of the black bean burger & tomato that I didn't finish yesterday
S: cinnamon oatmeal breakfast cookie
L: leftover veggy meatloaf
S: trail mix
S: raw sugar snap peas
D: Parmesan chicken, Brussels sprouts w/ bacon & rosemary
S: peanut butter banana bar
The chicken will be chicken breast because my husband couldn't resist a sale. Despite the fact (that he knows well) that I haven't been able to eat chicken breast for 5 years now. Thighs, yes. Breast, no. I guess this will be a test for my sleeve, though so far my problem foods haven't changed.
This morning's exercise class is Fit & Trim (butts & guts). Then I'm off to work the day shift at JCP.

S: piece of fruit again when i come home from the gym
L: grilled cheese quesadilla with homemade salsa, milk
S: yogurt
D: leftover homemade chicken pot pie, milk
S: -- no idea, as it probably won't be necessary
exercise: off to aqua zumba and some laps beforehand. :)
