"Committ to be Fit" hows it going ????

I would like to participate.  I know I'm new, and havent been cleared by my Doc yet, but I'm walking  down to the end of the block 2 or 3 times a day.  At least it is a beginning after surgery.   I have a recumbent stationary bike on cold days once I get clearance.  Does this count?  So far this week, I maybe have 60 minutes.......

Any  movement counts as long as it isn't lifting the t.v. remote! Gimme   the number of minutes and you are in!!!!! We go week by week, submit your minutes to me on on Friday to the "Gimme your Committ to br Fit" post. I will post on Thursday evening so that the post is up for the early birds on Friday.

Roger you got it.   OK,  I computate for the next few weeks I'm going to be in for around 200 minutes to start with.   This is going to be fun!
