I got my 150 minutes last week.

 

I am at 80 mins for this week and will get to 150 by Friday.

nope, got smacked by that nor'easter and it shut down most of this area. so my goal got shot in the foot before it even had a chance to limp across the line. doing much better this week though :) today will be my third day attending my exercises at the community center. so far i'm up to 170 this week. still have two more days that should put me at 300 minutes

I think I would want to pull yesover the covers and hide with that weather!

I freeze everytime I enter any air conditioned building!Much less live in it!

Good job, sounds as if you have a good plan in place!

as for my goal i believe i had it as 250 was the "cheaty" goal, but aiming for 300-350 minutes a week.

Hey Carmen!

I didn't get in on this one.  Can you include me?  Not sure what I have to do but I am committing to 60 mins cardio today.  I've also committed to walking up 5 flights of stairs 4x's today and walking 2 miles.  I've completed some and at 1pm during my lunch break I will walk 1 mile.

Just give me a number of minutes you are willing to  committ to.\ for a week And on Friday turn in your minutes to the "Gimme your committ to be Fit" post. I will post  it late Thursday night so its up there early for the Friday early birds.

I will aim for 420 minutes for a week which is 1 hour per day.
