Help! Any Canadians familar with "Second Cup" shop?

They just opened their first "Second Cup" coffee shop in S. Fla. So hubby and I stopped in. Nice setting, barely a week old! I googled them and according to a search, "Second Cup" is very popular in Canada?

Anyway, I looked on their website, but as I am not familiar with their drinks, (Yes I know watch out for those hidden carbs). I am not a true coffee drinker, but occasionally I do like a flavored coffee.

Any recommendations would be appreciated!
