I did 180 minutes this week. It would've been more, but I didn't work out on Thursday because of a comedy of stupid errors that kept me away from the fitness studio. I suppose I could include the time I spend at work (for a total of 207 minutes), since I'm constantly moving there (including climbing ladders in the shoe stockroom while carrying several boxes of heavy boots or men's shoes).

My goal for next week is 225 minutes.

I completely slacked this week..I only got in around 60 minutes. I plan to step it up next week.
