Gimme Your Commit to be Fit Exercise Minutes!!!!

Hello everyone!
I am here to collect our fitness minutes! Hope you all had a good week! You can turn in your minutes tonight or post here on this same post tomorrow, whatever works best for you!

Any movement is better than NONE!!!! If you didn't quite make your goal it's ok, the weeks not over yet!

I tried a Burlesque class this past Monday!!!! Searching for my inner DIVA!!!! LOL!
I also purposed to go on my lunch break walks !!!!

So for the last 4 days I did 240 minutes so far, I still have Friday to go and I anticipate to doing at 60 minutes more so I should be 300 minutes by the end of Friday!!!

So how did you do? And share with us what you are doing for execercise ?

"I committed on Monday that I would do 150 minutes this week.

I have achieved 115 minutes so far --- and will finish up tomorrow.

I am going to start tracking from Friday to Thursday from now on and post them here.

I want to join in for next week. I haven't been great with my exercise for awhile and my hip is bothering me. I have to go for an extra. I am going to commit to 4 days at 30 mins a day for 120 mins for the upcoming week.

I have been having my back bother me quite a bit so I haven't done much but when I total everything I get 90 min. My goal for next week is 100 min.

That's a good start! Look for a motivational post Wednesday, maybe sooner, sometimes the motivation is more for me than everyone else! LOL

One hour of bootcamp 3X's this week.  For a Total 180 minutes.   Normally would be 4 days but gonna miss Saturday this week.
