1st year anniversary
I have just started myself post lap band. But I am eating solid foods. But, I do puree my rice meals. I love chicken and rice with veggies. So in order to swallow them, I do puree it. The taste is the same and so is the satisfied full feeling. I avoid bread choosing to do a lettuce wrap instead. Works for me. I am down 42 pounds in just 36 days and I just had the lap band a week ago Monday.
