1st year anniversary
I'm celebrating my first year out from lap band surgery! I went from a size 24 to a very comfortable 12. I use to weig.h 261 pounds...now I'm at 175. I use to be in so much physical joint pain....but now its all gone! I love the woman I see in the mirror. I shop wherever there is a good sale...no longer trapped by plus size clothing stores. I thank God for this surgery. I have no regrets. The only thing that I have had a problem with since surgery is getting down bread, rice, and pasta....so I no longer try....20 more pounds until I reach my personal goal!

Hi there! I always read your blogs!!!!! Just thought I would let you know that you might want to check with JeanM as she seems to be going through the sluggish, tired etc.... that you are.
Hope you feel better soon and also have them check your thyroid!!
