Hi Sue!

Glad to have ya on board!

Just commit to so many minutes of exercise a week that fits your scheduale.

There's something about telling others your plan and then it makes you feel more accountable.

Posting is every Friday.   Wednesday I will post a little motivational or inspirational something or other.

Just reply back how much time you can commit for.

I committed on Monday that I would do 150 minutes this week.

I have achieved 115 minutes so far --- and will finish up tomorrow.

I am going to start tracking from Friday to Thursday from now on and post them here.

Sounds good to me! And because you said  60 minutes a day, I will bump up my minutes to match yours!

I was aiming for 360, I will be at 300 tomorrow, but I will bump    up my minutes to 400 for the following week!
