Lt1oz turkey with 3 crackers spicey brown mustard, 1/4 cup mac cheese

D 1 ground beef enchilada with cheese

S: dried fruit, 4 pieces

L: chicken leg, sweet potato and green beans

D: grilled fish, 3 grilled shrimp, black beans and brown rice
