Ron Again 9 years out

When I first began my Journey for Lap Band Surgery I was Just as Scared as all of you, And went back and forth on it, 

I will tell you now  I DO NOT REGRET  IT ONE BIT I would do it all again in a minuet. I feel so much better and spent many hours playing with my kids, with out loosing my breath, and also being a fire fighter I was able to do my job a lot easier. I am here for all of you feel free to ask me any questions you might have,
