It's Monday morning. Rise & shine!
Today's food plan:
B: protein latte
S: fried egg on top of leftover home-fries
S: cinnamon protein bread
L: leftover meatloaf & Brussels sprouts
S: almond, craisin & sesame snack mix
S: sugar snap peas
D: beef & pork pate (homemade) w/ Triscuits
S: peanut butter banana bar
After this morning's step aerobics class, I'll be spending some time working on sales materials for a friend's new non-profit business. I'm working at JCP tonight. Not much customer traffic on Monday nights. What my husband would call a real toe-tapper. I shouldn't complain, though. The holiday shopping season is about to swing into high gear.

S: peanut butter and whole wheat crackers
L: spinach salad with grilled chicken
S: hummus and raw pepper and carrot slices
D: homemade sloppy joes on bun (bun is for the hubby)
S: protein shake
exercise: recumbent bikes and a few laps back and forth in the pool
I suppose I could try and blame the mistake on daylight savings time confusion!

l- lean cusine meatloaf and potato meal, 3 inch banana with 3/4 oz peanut butter
d- Omaha steak veal patty, 1/2 c sweet potato,1/2 green beans 1 tsp. light margarine.
s- 100 calorie almonds
tired, taking today off from exercise.
water, decaf and diet hot chocolate 25 calorie
