Today is my 9th year since I have been Banded, WOW it seems like yesterday, Believe me I have my good days and bad days, One thing I can tell you is never give up on yourself, I haven`t been on here in a few years to post anything. if there is anything I can post for you to help you let me know,  we are all Brothers and sisters on this Journey together.  The hardest days for me are still the Holidays, Being full Italian there is never a shortage of food around but it can be done.

Have a great day everyone enjoy the day !

Congrats! I will be nine years out next month. It's great to see some more long-timers dropping by. We see so few of them anymore.

after seeing so many stories of people having complications and having their bands out after 2-3 years, it's great seeing success stories. it lends hope to people like me who've had their bands for less than two years that the banding won't end badly. :) thanks for sharing.

Thank you so much for your post. I am researching the possibility of getting a band, and it's sooo nice to hear from bandsters who have long-term success!  Congrats, Ron!
