sure! i've been rather slacking about going to the gym and i really need to get back there more regularly. i think i may have burned myself out with the 10-15 hours a week at the gym. trying moderation this go around. :) i'll commit to at least five hours (yeah that's the easy cheaty part on my account, since i have water classes that are an hour a day every day -- though getting my rear out of bed and down there for 800a is the tough part), but aiming for seven hours. so i guess that'd be 250 min for certain, but aiming for 350.

I agree we need to be a little kinder to our bodies! We only have One body and the rest of our lives to get it where it needs to be. I use to torture it trying to reach my # goals like it was a race, against myself, cause everyone else was just happy to see I was moving in a good direction.
Glad to have you on board! I will post a motivational post Wednesday. Send you're totals in late Thursday or Friday.
