Hi everyone!

I am prek3, I am 5 years out this past October, I use to post here often a few years back.  I use to post mainly the exercise commitment posts. I pulled out after the ugly negative posters invaded our forum. Anyway, I would like to get a exercise commitment going, so here it goes....

All right people, time to get   focussed on your weightloss! Remember, WLS is ONLY a  "TOOL"! And I don't know about any of you, BUT I bet the vast majority of you made some BIG   promises to yourselves about exercising  once we had our surgeries!

I know it helped me in a BIG way post surgery, I started with just 30 minutes a day! And after a while I picked up the steam and now, exercise means sooooo much to me! My first year I was only 10 pounds away from my goal! It can be done, we just gotta get off that couch!

 Won't you join me in committing to at least 30 minutes of exercise 4 to 5 x's a week?

I am committing to 60 minutes a day 6 days a week to total  360 minutes a week. Some walking, trainer and ellipticle

 

What say you? I will post every Friday asking for your minutes, look for the post entitled "Commit to be FIT"

I will do this but I won't have any structured exercise this week. I will be busy helping my students families clean up from Sandy. I think I will burn lots of calories.

Count me in!  I usually go to the gym 4+ times a week but that has varied a bit and I'd like to be more committed to my workout plan not just grabbing cardio time but doing more.  Thanks for this!

Wow that's great! Any movement that burns calories counts! Better than sitting on a couch licking our wounds!

I'm in!  I am working hard on loosing the weight I have gained back.  It will be great to be accountable.  Are we starting today?

It's all about accountably , but I like to add that Misery loves Company! Good to know I won't be out there doing it alone!
Post your total either late thursday evening or on Friday when you get a chance! I will post a little something on Wednesday to help us stay focused!

I'm in but because of my back and joints I have to go slow. Some days it will be simply chair exercises for people with limited mobility, other days I can do more. See you Friday.
