What are you eating today (Friday) or yesterday?
This is a rare Friday off for me. I'm going to go grocery shopping and then spend the rest of day working on designing a logo for a non-profit business that a friend of mine is starting up. The weather is supposed to be nice, so I'll also be playing doorman for the dogs, who are always on the wrong side of the door.
Today's food plan:
B: protein latte
S: Greek yogurt w/ walnuts
S: coconut blueberry breakfast cookie
L: black bean burger, tomato salad
S: almond, craisin & sesame seed snack mix
S: raw sugar snap peas (can't eat a lot of them, but I love them and God knows I need the fiber)
D: liver & onions (a favorite of my husband's), salt & vinegar potatoes, zucchini
S: chocolate peanut butter protein ball
This morning's exercise class is Cardio Blast.

as for exercise, it figures that the community center and pool have finally reopened , however, murphy is a cruel master and i've got a doc's appointment this morning so i'm still going to miss yet another water class. >< so i guess it's more walking around the neighborhood after i get acupuncture this afternoon. ::sigh::

exercise night off due to feeling tired from the stress this past week.
Husband recovering from very bad ruptured appendix Dr. said worse he ever seen, he had surgery Wednesday last week and was in the hospital till Sunday. Then the stupid storm and now my car failed inspection till I replace the seat for the air bag list switch. ugh... Saturday afternoon going for a 4 mile walk!
I am in Orlando with family- but we are staying at a condo with a full kitchen so will be eating most meals in the room. I plan to eat well. They also have a nice excercise room. Didn't sleep well last night so took the morning off. But I did move around in the pool a lot with my niece and nephew. Treadmill for 30 in the gym tomorrow morning.

D- fish and broccolli
ate dinner already- stuck to the plan or the day! Yeah me, I have been struggling but feeling motivated this week.
