What are you eating today (Tuesday) or yesterday?
Good morning, I think. It's dark and cold out there.
Yesterday you asked for a report the EGD I had yesterday. I'm going to post a separate thread on that.
The peanut butter oat pancake I had yesterday morning was a waste of food. It was incredibly stodgy and if I still had my band, would have caused a major stuck episode. Didn't feel great in my sleeve, either. Sometimes recipe experiments work, sometimes not. That pancake was a not.
Today's food plan:
B: protein latte
S: scrambled egg beater w/ cheese on top of a tomato slice
S: blueberry coconut oat breakfast cookie
L: leftover beef brisket, fennel salad
S: almond, craisin & sesame seed snack mix (my new favorite snack)
S: havarti cheese
D: curried chicken salad, tomato salad
S: peanut butter banana bar
This morning's exercise will be a weights/resistance training class.
