A chilly good morning to you.

I'm hungry, thirsty, and have a headache because I can't eat or drin****il after my EGD this morning. I'm looking forward to today's food because I feel like I haven't eaten for 12 years, never mind 12 hours.

B: protein latte (in the car on the way home)

S: peanut butter oat pancake

L: leftover chicken, barley, & fennel-celery stir-fry

S: almond, craisin & sesame seed snack mix

S: raw fennel

D: Italian style beef brisket (crock pot), fennel salad

S: peanut butter banana bar

I'm skipping exercise class today because of having the EGD. Let's all pray that the EGD gives a clue about what's causing my anemia and/or gastric bleed.

S: no clue

L: probably a spinach wrap

S: yogurt

D: spaghetti with turkey meatballs

S: Not sure not really in a good mood.

 

Not sure what is up with me. I'm back to the food, not being of any interest of me, and it's a matter of forcing myself to eat this morning because it's been twelve hours and I'm still not hungry, but I know I need something in me. Maybe it's nerves because of friends being directly in the path of Sandy. i don't know.

BRRR.... It is 41 an windy today, but much worse the next two days. Gotta love Michigan, or not.

4 AM snack graham crackers I was awake from 2-6 am. ???

I've got nothing against Michigan - my dad was born and grew up in Bay City - but Michigan winter weather is definitely in the "not love" category for me!

stressing stupid hurricane...

breakfast- two eggs fried wtih pam, 2 whole wheat toast with light marg. ate bread slow and easy.

lunch -salad, lettuce,tomato,cucumber. beets and 2 slices of deli ham (homemade Russian dressing with light mayo ketchup)

snacking a big problem..: sugar free candies 5, honey wheat stix with peanut butter, sugar free pudding cup

dinner -probably going to have cereal

Husband just got out of the hospital yesterday from having appendix removed that ruputured. He's is not eating much with taste buds not working lol

.so too much stress this week with him, the storm. I just worry to much

Hoping my DR. appointment tomorrow happens as I  need a fill bad.... OMG... do I need a fill.

Yeah, if you can eat 2 eggs with 2 slices of toast for breakfast, I'd say a fill is in order.

I hope all you get from the hurricane is a little rain and a light breeze.

Well, we can hope, can't we?

had  first fill in months, going to take it easy for a couple of days

I had a small piece of leftover pizza for brunch

I had a 100 calorie protein bar for a snack

I had a few ounces of pork chop and some sautéed zucchini for dinner


I have pretty good restriction these days (when I choose lean, solid protein) and don't need to eat very much.

Jean, yes way over due for a fill. BUT, got one today and hope it is enough or I am calling and going back.

I have stayed the same since the day after Labor day.. I want to lose 25 or 30 more pounds.
