What are you eating today (Friday) or yesterday?
Yesterday was a sunny summer day here. Today it's 42F and raining. I can only hope that the weather change sends people running to JCP to buy coats & sweaters. I was supposed to have today off but agreed to work a 9:45 am to 5:00 pm shift because I need the money.
Yesterday was also my 10-wk surgiversary. I've lost 21 lbs and am fitting into a few more pieces of last year's wardrobe. I really need to curb the impulse to celebrate by buying even more smaller-size clothes!
Today's food plan:
B: protein latte
S: baked oatmeal w/ blueberries & walnuts
S: ricotta cheesecake fluff w/ blueberry fiber crisps
L: leftover kale, fennel & cashew salad
S: trail mix
D: Mexican pizza (toppings: black beans, corn, tomatoes, tomatillos, queso fresco)
S: peanut butter banana bar
This morning's exercise class is 45 grueling minutes of Cardio Blast.
