What are you eating today (Thursday) or yesterday?

I overslept this morning, so this will be a quick post.

Today's food plan:
B: protein latte
S: scrambled egg beaters w/ cheese
S: baked oatmeal w/ bluerries & walnuts
L: leftover Santa Fe chicken soup
S: Greek yogurt w/ blueberries & walnuts
S: almond, dried cranberry & sesame seed snack mix
D: BBQ beef picada (in the crock pot), kale salad, fettucine w/ tomatillo pesto (for my husband)
S: peanut butter banana bar

This morning's exercise class is yoga/pilates.

B: low fat cottage cheese and spiced cucumbers
S: protein shake
S: fat free refried beans with a tbsp of reduced fat shredded cheese
L: tuna over romaine with a tbsp of bleu cheese dressing
S: yogurt
D: beef tips, while i typically cannot handle beef chunks, going to try a suggestion that was given to me by a fellow bandster in my doctor's office, because she too has trouble eating beef that isn't ground up
S: fat free frozen chocolate yogurt

exercise: unfortunately no time this morning. hoping to get some bike time in this afternoon after doctor's appointment. running around this morning filling out job applications. ::crossing fingers::

As a bandster, I couldn't handle ground beef, but I could eat steak. I'll be interested to hear how you do with the beef tips.

Here's my plan:

B- eggs and lite sausage

S- lc protien shake

L- grilled shrimp and brocolli

S- cheese

D- fish and a veggie

S- 1/4c nuts
