Who needs sour cream?!!

I am always looking to make some of favorite bad food healthy and delicious.
I love sour cream and have always made dipping sauces with it.

Here's my healthy and delicious version...

Greek plain yogurt mixed with a squirt of ketchup, a splash of lemon, salt and pepper. I personally love tabascco, so I add a splash of that too.

This dipping sauce is amazing to serve with baked potato wedges and as a dressing for coleslaw. It's full of protein and NO FAT !!!!!

 My grand kids joke that I put Greek yogurt in everything and they're not wrong.  I add it to muffins, egg bakes, cakes and since everyone loves ranch, I make dip with it and dressing (add enough lf buttermilk to thin it a bit.  I eat one 6 oz cup of vanilla 0% daily.  It's great!
