What are you eating today (Wednesday) or yesterday?

My visit with my gastro doc yesterday left me more confused than ever about the cause(s) of my anemia. Is it from my GI bleed, or from taking PPI's, or from losing 75% of my stomach, all of the above, none of the above? Anyway, we scheduled an EGD (upper endoscopy) for Monday because Dr. N. thinks that whatever's causing the anemia, the bleed is likely to be caused by an ulcer(s).

I have to work tonight. Wednesday night is almost always a slow night because here in the buckle of the Bible Belt, most people go to church on Wednesday night. It''s hard to argue against getting paid to stand around waiting for time to pass, but boredom makes me more tired than busy-ness does.

Today's food plan:
B: protein latte
S: baked oatmeal w/ banana & walnuts
S: ricotta cheesecake fluff w/ blueberry fiber crisps
L: leftover cashew curry shrimp salad
S: trail mix
D: leftover Santa Fe chicken soup (recipe courtesy of Cryspyx
S: peanut butter banana bar

This morning's exercise class is Fit & Firm (butts & guts).

The soup is yummy! I cut the recipe in half and still ended up with enough for two dinners and several lunches, so I froze half of it. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
