What are you eating today (Sunday) or yesterday?
But I can't rest until after I make the weekly pilgrimmage to Wal-Mart for groceries, and what I eat for lunch will depend on my hunting and gathering skills. Here's the plan as it stands now:
B: protein latte
S: baked oatmeal w/ blueberries & walnuts
S: scrambled egg beater w/ cheese
L: black bean patty, tomato, avocado
S: popcorn
S: cashews
D: sausage, black-eyed peas, cornbread (this is the South, after all)
S: peanut butter banana bar
Today's exercise will probably involve pushing excess dogs off my lap while I try to read Blue Angel, by Francine Prose.
Hope you're all having a lovely weekend.

B. Protein vanilla cappuccino
S. Shake
L. Protein soup, probably mushroom
S. Almonds (1 0z.)
D. Lasagna, 1/2 serving
S. tapioca pudding or popcorn unless I fall behind on protein for the day my evening snack doesn't have to have any redeeming qualities.
With this I am at 65g. protein, 54g. carbs, and 664 calories I aim to raise my calorie level but not the carbs.
My exercise today will be cleaning leaves out of my fish pond, cleaning leaves off the patio and driveway, cleaning leaves off the porches, and mulching leaves on the lawn and shade garden. Hopefully no rake will be involved. Since it is supposed to be nice I will probably add a short walk with the dog. Then perhaps a nap, all bundled up, next to the newly degunked fish pond. I have an old glider there that is just the ticket.

Thanks for taking the time to post this each day- as you know we used to have this kind of a post quite regularly a few years back- glad to see it has returned.
I have a family member who works in a large mall in the North East and the mall is a real zoo- so I understand your night last night.
Here's the plan:
Breakfast: 2 eggs, scrambled, 1/2 slice bacon, drained, blotted, 1/2 slice whole wheat
dry.
Snack: 1/4 cup lentils, 1/4 small apple
Lunch: 1/2 cup white albacore tuna, 1/4 small apple, 1/4 cup vanilla non-fat yogurt
Dinner: 1 oz chicken breast sauteed with garlic, grape tomatoes, onions, 1/2 oz low fat
mozzarella cheese
1 oz broiled salmon
3 broccoli florrets
Snack: 1/4 cup of oat groats with Splenda (or 1 tsp of maple syrup if I splurge)
1/4 cup 2% milk
704 calories, 26.5 grams fat, 49.4 grams carbs, 67.6 grams protein
Less than 75% of RDA/AI (adequate Intake) of: vitamins A,C, D, E, calcium, copper, manganese, magnesium, thiamin, zinc. so......2 Viactiv calcium/vitamin D and 1 viactiv multivitamin
64 oz water- some with benefiber. :-)
L Grilled Roast Beef sandwich
D taco
Lapband - Jan 2009 weight goal reached with lapband. Revised to VSG- 1/25/16
it was so good that even my husband didn't complain about the asparagus and yelled at me for eating the leftovers since he had intended them for lunch. :) will definitely have to make that recipe again. though i did add chicken because to my husband, vegetarian is synonymous with "hippie" and he'll refuse to eat it.
S: two tablespoons of hummus w/ spiced cucumbers, rice crackers (which taste a lot like rice cakes but don't get stuck. so double win on that)
L: 99% fat free ham diced up on low fat cheese quesadillas, served with fat free sourcream and homemade salsa
S: 25 calorie swiss miss hot chocolate with a spoon full of marshmellow fluff
D: turkey spaghetti with fresh mushrooms, green peppers, onion, garlic, over protein enriched angel hair pasta.
S: probably nothing. thought it's early evening. probably another hot chocolate
exercise: does house cleaning count? :)
I'm not a big marshmallow lover, but fluff in hot chocolate sounds wonderful!
