What are you eating today (Wednesday) or yesterday?

I had a good food day yesterday because I didn't have to work and was able to eat something when I got hungry (every 1-2 hours).

Today's food plan:
B: protein latte
S: baked oatmeal w/ fruit & walnuts
S: Greek yogurt w/ a few blueberry fiber crisps
L: shrimp w/ tomatillos
S: tomato salad w/ Havarti cheese
D: Buffalo chicken potato skin
S: trail mix
S: peanut butter banana oatmeal bar

I'm able to eat a bit more now and think my meals/snacks are lasting me longer. 

This morning's exercise will be a fit & firm class (butts & guts). Some of the moves kind of pull on my biggest incision so I go easy on those, but at least it's not downright painful.

L- chicken breat and a cauliflower

D-fish and brussle sprouts

Have you tried your cauliflower like this.  

Zap the cauliflower for a minute in the microwave

Remove  -   cover with a slice of cheese ( I love Munster)   put back int microwave and zap for 45 seconds.    sprinkle with black pepper


This is so filling and low carb.    comes out delish  !!

 Good morning all.  Had a great day yesterday.  Stayed on my eating plan ( 1 day at a time)

. - NO CRAPPY CARBS !!

Early:  2 x coffee's

B:  2 eggs, 2 slices of Canadian Bacon, 5 cherry tomotoes
S:  Baby Bell Mozzarella
L: Jenny O Turkey Burger Patty, with mixed salad
S:  SF Jelly.  100 cal Coco Almonds
D:  Grilled Fish, Asparagus ( cooked on the George Forman grill with olive oil) Delish
S:  SF:  Jello and Herbal tea


Exercise;  Zumba

wasn't all that hungry today.

B: low fat cottage cheese, spiced cucumber slices, half an english muffin
S: --
L:  some homemade chicken veggie soup from last night
S: --
D:  some more of the soup.
S: maybe some fat free frozen chocolate yogurt if i get hungry

Ahhh, camping. Not so good for the food plan.

B. Few bites of a sausage patty and protein shake
L. Another shake
S. Cheese nip crackersand spearmint candy.
S. Kay's Naturals tomato basil protein puffs
D. Few bites of cheesey chicken quesadilla and tomato protein soup with added dry milk.
S. Probably won't need
