Another question from someone considering lap band

They folded the stomach over the band an sutured it also.  That is one of the things that has to be carefully shaved fixed after the band is removed.  The surgeon that removed the band didn't fix it and it can hold food that doesn't pass thru and become infected.  The sleeve surgeon had to fix it before he could do the sleeve.

I've had 3 stomach viruses since banding, band is still in place, but my GI tract doesn't work the way it's supposed to..

I see over on LBT there's a person who calls it a "GI track."  I think that's when soldiers run a race... on a government issued track.
