What are you eating today (Sunday)?
Good morning, I think. It's still dark here and the wind is roaring like a locomotive. On this, a day off when I could sleep in, I woke at 5:00 am feeling hungry and thinking about what I need to get done today. Fun stuff like grocery shopping, paying bills, housecleaning...oh, goodie!
Today's food plan:
B: protein latte
S: baked oatmeal w/ fruit & walnuts
S: scrambled egg beater w/ cheese
L: leftover seafood salad
S: leftover veggy salad
S: cashews
D: Shaker style chicken thighs, tomato & green olive salad
S: almond protein ball
