What are you eating today (Wednesday)?
Yesterday (after providing a stool specimen to be tested for a GI bleed) I started taking an iron supplement to treat my anemia. When researching anemia, I discovered that it's often found in people who've had part of their stomach removed. As scary as that is, I'm glad to at least have some focus for identifying and (I hope) fixing the cause of the anemia. I desperately want my energy back!
Today's food plan:
B: protein latte
S: scrambled egg beater w/ brie cheese
S: banana oat breakfast cookie
L: leftover chicken, roasted sweet potato
S: leftover eggplant salad w/ a Triscuit or 2
S: trail mix
D: smoked turkey & provolone roll-up
S: almond protein balls
I'm finding that Triscuits are not a slider for me these days, maybe because they're so thick. Are you're wondering about the apparent contradiction in adding high-fat/cholesterol brie cheese to low-fat/cholestorol egg substitute? I mean, why not go whole hog and use a real egg? The reason is that since my early post-op bandster days, I haven't been able to eat real eggs scrambled, but I can eat egg substitue OK, maybe because it's mechanically beaten. And why am I eating brie cheese at all? Because I love it.
I'm skipping exercise class today. During yesterday's class, I just could not function normally. We were doing things I've done many times in the past, but somehow my get-up-and-go had got-up-and-went and I pooped out after 5-6 repetitions of each move. I tried to take it but I didn't fool the instructor.

It is not often found in people with stomach surgery. It is less than 1% of people with stomach surgery and your anemia is in no way related to your sleeve. You were less than seven weeks out with your sleeve when you were posting this has been going on for weeks. That would mean you were 0-3 weeks post op with anemia. Impossible. It takes months and months for anemia to happen in anyone. It is absolutely impossible for your sleeve to have anything to do with your anemia and you know that.
Besides, if your doctor thought it was related to your sleeve he wouldn't be asking for a stool sample (as I suggested days ago). That is looking for a GI bleed. Clearly, even your own doctor knows your suggestions are impossible.
