I was having issues with 3 pounds back in March and once I started logging my foods I found I was eating too many carbs and too much yogurt! And the weight is coming off again!
I am hoping to lose another 10-15 pounds then try to maintain for a short time then lose the remaining pounds.

I have used myfatsecret since a couple of months before I got my band. The only time I don't is when I am away from home or if I am set on eating lots of stuff I shouldn't. I haven't been so faithful since I have been sleeved because it is not impressed with a tablespoon of this or that but it does help me keep track of my protein. Some times I have entered my water, knowing that I can see it and get a running total.
I use http://caloriecount.about.com I started using it before banding. Stopped using it while I was having issues. I started back the first of the year. Sure does make a big difference!
