Please Help Me!
On Sep 4th I went in to get an unfill bc my band was unbearable tight. I was throwing up EVERYTHING, but also losing weight... Anyways, I don't know how much my doctor took out because they are never that informative with me. They usually just do what they do ask if I can swallow water and then let me go. Since then I have gained 12 pounds. I knew I was eating more since I was no longer throwing up, however.. I had no idea I was gain this much weight this quickly. I feel like a fat ass!! And I just want to cry. Please help me get back on the diet. Any help at all as far as meals go would be amazing!! I have a job where lunch is catered in all week and today it's pizza. Great... Sigh.. Thoguhts? Advice? Words of encouragment?? THANK YOU! xoxox
My advice: go back for another fill.

The best thing I can suggest to get you back on the diet, whatever it is, is to start keeping a food log. Once you get into the habit of doing that, you won't be able to deceive yourself about how much you're actually eating.

What Jeans says plus one bit of advice.
Just because lunch is catered in all week does not mean you have to eat it. Bring something with you to eat for lun*****ase it's not good band nutrition. Like a packet of Fit Frappe or some other shake that you can mix together easily. That way, if the lunch is a go, the back up doesn't go to waste.
