What are you eating today (Saturday)

Well, I feel like I've woken up on planet Mars today instead of OH, and so far, I can't read any of the road signs.

And here in TN, I woke up in autumn after a summer day yesterday. Funny story (slightly, anyway): when I moved here from New England in January 13 years ago, I owned something like 6 winter coats & jackets. One for each phase of winter (cold, colder, coldest, and BRRRRR). Now I own only 2 (1 coat, 1 jacket) and at the moment, have no idea where either of them are hiding.

I'm working 3:30-9:00 pm tonight, so my day will be filled with chores and my night will be filled with tipsy customers who went out to dinner and are killing time before their movie starts (at the theater in our mall).

Food:
B: protein latte
S: sausage & cheese stuff in won ton wrapper cups
S: baked oatmeal
L:  leftover chicken sausage & eggplant patty
S: Havarti cheese
S: raw sugar snap peas dipped in zucchini hummus
D: smoked turkey & provolone roll-up
S: trail mix

No formal exercise today, but judging by the muddy pawprints everywhere, some vigorous housecleaning must go on my to-do list.

B: egg beaters with reduced fat** mozzarella cheese
S: protein shake
L: tuna and greek yogurt on a bed of mixed spinach and romaine
S: unsure
D: homemade chicken pot pie
S: fat free choc milk

Exercise: going to force my butt down to the community center on a saturday afternoon and use the recumbent bikes. some house cleaning is also in order.

Edit: reduced FAT not rat. good lord. ::chuckle::

Brrr is it cold today !!! We went from a high of yesterday of 79 down to a high of 50 today !! dang what a change and I got the sniffles from sitting outside for the game last night .

Breakfast none just woke up about a hour ago late night last night


Lunch   a Ruben sandwich I haven't had one of them forever and going to toast it on my Panini

Dinner  chicken breast lightly coated in Italian bread crumbs,  broccoli slaw, and a few homemade mashed potatoes

Exercise  none today .

Have no idea what the kids will do today but it will be loud whatever they do lol

 Yesterday was weird...breakfast was fine, bisque was a no go at lunch, dinner went down great, chicken, quinoa and zucchini....???

Heres the plan for today:

B: oatmeal,  a prune cut into tiny pieces, with a bit of butter, brown sugar and half & half.
L. Leftover chicken, veggies
D: steak, fancy potatoes au gratin, baked cheesy asparagus 
Probably will have some wine and birthday cake.
We're celebrating my sons 45th birthday and he and his sister are celebrating their mutual birthday, Sept 28, she's 41.  He was away on business last week, so he missed it.
