What are you eating today (Friday)?

TGIF, as the saying goes. Though when you work in retail, Friday & the weekend are hardly ever days off.

My food plan for today is:
B: protein latte
S: baked oatmeal
S: ricotta cheesecake fluff w/ blueberry fiber crisps
L: leftover catfish
S: trail mix
S: cashews
D: chicken sausage, eggplant patty, leftover barley
S: choco monkey protein balls

Today's exercise will be a 45-minute class called Cardio Blast. Meant to blast us off the planet.

I'm still frustrated by my lousy adjustment to my sleeve, but I feel better about it today. At least the NP took me seriously. No test results yet. I'll follow up on that today.

 Hello and a big TGIF


Early:  2 x coffee's   ( still trying to cut down to 1 , but I just love my morning coffee too much)

B:  Protein shake ( Super Advantage - Strawberry)

S:  2 pieces Canadian Ham ( zapped in microwave so they come out like crispy chips) 1 x Baby bell Mozzarella

L:  Tuna, Mayo, Tomato, Onion, spinach salad

S:  Apple

D:  Grilled fish and steamed veggies

S:  SF Jello

 Remember, if you want to be a 155 pound person, you have to EAT like one.

Been a busy day getting ready to head out the door to my sons football game. It's a hour and half away and hubby isnt home tonight so I am so hoping I dont get my dumbass lost lmao !!!

well went to the store and got the so called "teenage food"" I got  soda , chips and halloween oreos !!

All I can say is thank God my period started this past Monday and my cravings for sweets are gone lol .

The only thing I will have temptation on is the chips going to try my hardest to stay out of them

Breakfast

Lunch    two chicken strips

Dinner 
was at 300 pm my son had to eat before he left he wanted Shrimp alfredo pasta and garlic bread.

I had a small slice of garlic bread and a little bit of the Shrimp Alfredo.    Havent had that many carbs in three weeks .   Garlic bread was okay not the best so have no desire to eat anymore of it and I love garlic bread .
