What are you eating today (Wednesday)?
My food plan today is:
B: protein latte
S: turkey sausage patty (crumbled up and mashed w/ some cheese) in 2 won ton “cups"
S: cinnamon protein bread
L: salmon mashed up with some olive oil mayo, baked pita chips
S: trail mix
S: cashews
D: leftover chicken, maybe a green salad
S: choco monkey protein balls
I really like the protein balls but I’m going to have to think up a new flavor or some kind of twist on it or I’ll get too bored with them. Maybe use almond butter instead of peanut butter.
This morning’s exercise class is Fit & Firm (aka butts & guts).
This afternoon is my appt. with my internist's NP/diabetes educator. I'm hoping she can give me some tools for dealing with the ferocious hunger and fatigue I'm having.

I'm not much in food mood at the moment. not sure why. just a blah mood i guess.
exercise: recumbant bicycle and see if i can do more than just 20 minutes before my knees start hurting again. last night was fun and i did a lot better on the bike than i thought i would.
Breakfast --- two scrambled eggs with crumbled turkey sausage and melted cheese
Lunch chicken breast with melted cheese and mushrooms on top, cottage cheese and green beans.
Dinner pork chop with southwestern three cheese coating , veggie of some type , and a little bit of mashed potatoes
Exercise 60 min of Zumba
B: steel cut oats with a prune cut up in it, brown sugar and a tsp of half and half
L: broccoli cheese soup
S: a whole milk mozzarella stick, diced tomato, olive oil, garlic and basil with a bit of sea salt. A mini caprese salad!
a glass of white wine
D. One of my 3 14 yr old granddaughters requested Italian pot roast...it's my hubby's Nonni's recipe made with mushrooms and tomatoes, served with polenta...so,
pot roast, polenta, Parmesan, veggies of some sort, maybe zucchini with peppers and onion, sautéed in olive oil.

NO COOKIES
NO CANDY
NO CRAPPY CARBS!!
I made it the 1st 2 Halloween's without candy my 3rd was a disaster. Now my 4th Halloween with the band I am determind to say no to the temptations.
Early: 1 coffee ( this is so hard for me - I really want 3 coffee's , 1 after the other)
B: Atkins Mocha Protein shake

L: Cobb salad
S: SF Jello , Apple
D: 2 eggs, 2 morning star breakfast patties, spinach
